The Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) offers courses in tandem with the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) to launch qualifications for housing staff who work in Repairs, Maintenance and Development.

The Chartered Institute of Housing qualifications are:

CIH Level 2 Certificate in Housing Maintenance
CIH Level 3 Certificate in Housing Maintenance
CIH Level 4 Certificate in Housing Maintenance Management
CIH Level 4 Diploma in Housing Maintenance and Asset Management
CIH Level 4 Diploma in Housing Development.
